I really need to work on my upper body strength. It is so frustrating sometimes. I barely can shoulder press 85# over head. Frustrating! It totally makes sense though. Weak shoulder, means not great in terms of pull-ups, and push-ups. Once I can engage my legs all bets are off and I can get a lot more weight overhead. I think the next time I am able to get to one of the Saturday workouts I will make sure that I do something that really focuses on shoulders.

My numbers were low because I really wanted to dial in on my technique rather then try to but a lot of weight overhead.
